Personal Training is a personalized program specifically developed for an individual based on their current level of fitness along with their personal fitness goals. Sessions can be scheduled at any time during operating hours.

Small Group Workout Sessions
Small groups are designed to help clients reach their fitness goals with the environment of a small team. We have found that when people are in a group they feel more accountable, dedicated and driven because of the positive competitive environment that has been created.

808 Fusion – The Evolution of Boot Camp
Boot camp is an intensive physical training experience that combines a
cardiovascular workout with resistance weight training in a fun group setting. Each participant is pushed in a positive manner to their own individual limits. This class is structured to challenge your mind and body!

Specialty Classes

Total Body Workout
The total body workout at OPT Fitness is designed to engage every part of your body, utilizing a combination of core training, resistance weight training and cardiovascular exercises. Each class is starts with a 15-minute Abs blast, followed by a multitude of core engaging exercises.

808 Conditioning
OPT Wellness introduces a new conditioning workout incorporating Olympic and power lifts used in a cardiovascular style to increase your strength, speed and agility. This routine is designed to take your mental and physical performance to a new level. 808 conditioning also incorporates breathing techniques for mental strength.

Lower Body Blast
This one-hour workout focuses on building muscle and burning fat in the legs and abs. Exercises vary week to week, but you can always expect cardiovascular workouts to include running, plyometrics, lunges and cycling.

SilverSneakers ” NEW CLASS !! “

Muscular Strength & Range of Movement is the SilverSneakers core class for total body conditioning.  An instructor guides you through functional, daily exercise activities with resistance tools to be used at your own pace. Benefits are that class improves overall strength, flexibility, posture and balance.
